Hold Blue + Yellow + Green and sweep the D-pad counter-clockwise in a full circle seven times starting from Up at the title screen. If done correctly, the map screen will appear marked with a red cross. This is the level-select screen, so move the red cross to the desired level and press Red to confirm.
