Find a spot where there are monsters that are ten levels below you maximum, turn on autohunt and do something else. I literally sit there at my computer and read a book while I get tons of items and XP. In ten minutes I usually go up about five levels. I would also recommend that every so often you should change for some higher level monsters because you are levelling up and they will get you more XP.
