Patience is a virtue, even for raccoons. Do not just leap straight away, wait for the right moment to make your move.

Some platforms actually make it more difficult to make a leap, so do not immediately assume that because it is there, it is there to help.

If you want the best scores, you are going to have to chop up the falling logs using your charge attack as well.
