When you get a dragon radar you should look at it, if there is a red circle, its a drgon ball. When you are right on top of it push the A button only 1 time thene you push the X button your charecter should look around and thene you will see a ! over charecter head. Your character will find the dragon ball. You can also find items that are not on the radar like, move's, armor, swords, and more.
