During the Cell Games, when Vegeta is fighting the Cell Jr., destroy it. Then, begin to charge Vegeta's special melee attack. Keep charging until the screen changes to the next fight. Trunks will be glowing. Note: There is no increase in power, and it will stop once you are punched.
