On the starting menu, before loading a game, press the L and R buttons at the same time. You should hear a noise to indicate that the mode is enabled. Load your game save and head to Sumur, then the Harlec statue. You will be presented with a cheat menu that offers noclip, money, XP, characters, and the teleport ability, among other options.
