Some Johto Pokémon are available on the saphari zone. However, they are not available until you have become champion, and received the New Pokedex (go to Prof. Birchs Lab to receive it) . Until you become the champion there will be two guys who wont let you go where the the Johto region pokemons are. The Force will be with you.
