Celebi: I beat elite 4 12 times and found it in Victory road
Jirachi: Traded from Emerald(my emerald game)
Mewtwo: Caught at Ceruleon cave
Lugia: Navel rock action replay code
Ho-oh: Navel rock action replay code
Registeel: Traded from Emerald (again my Emerald because my friends wouldn't trade their legendarys)
