If you go to cinnabar island go to the pokemon mansion,go to the 3rd floor up talk to a little boy battle him after you win him talk to him 5 times and he will give unlimited rare candies use only 1 on your starter pokemon(squirtle,charmander,bulbasour)(sorry about speeling)then after you have give it to him/her put your starter pokemon in your pc.save your game then turn it of and then put it back on then you will have unlimited rare candies.
