Finish the Groudon bonus round with at least 1:00 minute remaining. Also while playing on the Ruby table, catch three Pokemon, complete the Keckleon stage, then catch another three Pokemon to get the Groundon stage. Avoid the fireballs/firepillars and rocks, and hit Groundon fifteen times to defeat it. Defeat Groundon twice and you will catch it.
