As you know you can get deoxes and jirachi on pokemon ruby but how wel i figure that out you need to get 5 stars next to ur name and ul get them by
You'll get 1 star if you :

defeat al trainers in game
beat al master contest
get all 200 pokemon ( there actualy 202 pokemons)
get al 8 badges
and beat battle tower 50 times (dosent matter what lvl u fight ul get a star)

i stil need to figure out how to get a 5de star i i know il tell u ;) maybe its has someting to do whit that door in that house in mosdeep city
