Press and hold A then press LEFT, RIGHT to twirl the spear. Keep pressing LEFT, RIGHT to keep spinning it.
To do a Super jump press and hold DOWN then press B and you'll jump high. You won't be able to move left or right, but you can't get hurt. You can still hurt your enemies in mid-jump.
