Press the following button codes at the main menu to enable the desired effect.

At the game select screen, press ''B-B-C-A-A-C-A-B''. You will then be able to select from all teams, and view their special ending. This was found by playing an entire season as ''Division 1-AA'', including a victory in its bowl game. Its special ending has cheerleaders holding up signs that spell the above code.
