Get away from a boss as soon as you manage to land a combo as they have a tendancy to retaliate violently immediately after.
Jump
The only way out of a large pile up of fists and weapons is to jump out of the way.
Objects
The objects that you pick up during gameplay will break after a while so if you come across a new one on the floor it is a good opportunity to swap it.
