In the forest on the way to the Spirit Fountain there is a Lanpancho (guard station request 21). It's pretty easy to spot. It's in the West trees and I think it's the screen right before the fountain. Talk to it and choose to bully. It seems to be unaffected by most attacks, but Bell's Wave attack takes it down really easy. One hit for me.
