First you need the club, and a few 25,000 simoleons. You at least need 2 Sims. One to work at the bar and one to get a drink. They cost 25,000 simoleons for each Sim. They make your Sim fully satisfied. I know it costs a fortune but at least you don't have to spend 5 LP to make one Sim happy! You better do some of those money cheats before you do this.
