Go in the option menu, then start the credits screen, wait until the programmer's names scroll, then hold these buttons L + R + Down then press Y. You will hear a sound validating the cheat. Note: It only works while the programmer's names scroll ! Now, start a normal game against the AI or against someone in Multiplayer WiFi, and you will see the opponents arrows in realtime.
