Enter the "Level Select Mode" code before entering any of the other level passwords.

Up, Select, Run	Level 2
Right, Select, Run	Level 3
Down, Select, Run	Level 4
Left, Select, Run	Level 5
Up, Right, Select, Run	Level 6
Hold Run and press Select ten times	Level select mode

At the title Screen, reset 10 times and then enter the following codes at the title screen.
