Enter the following code at the password screen.

2nd Championship	CMOPE
Semi-Finals	BFOOE

Then you should go to your desired level.

Press B, B, C, B, B, C during the original team display. Now press Down to select from four additional teams.

Go into "League Continue Mode" and select "China" as your team. Enter the password "KWGEN" and hit Start.
