Fill up the Data Accumulation gauge (the one with the picture of a mobile suit beside it) under the Educational Data/Analysis Situation menu to 100%, then beat the Side 3 stage (Lv. 10 Ki mama ni Hammer 50) to unlock the Turn A Gundam.
