While playing the game you should press on the F3 key to bring up the Command Console. After that you can lookup below what cheats there are and what their codes to enter are. To list all the COMMANDs you can use, open the console in-game and type in help.

Abandons submarine editor. You may need to use command control (character) to restore control over yourself and command lockcamera (character) to remove freecam command's side effect.	gamescreen
Above thing, but on specified player. I'm not sure if this command is real.	heal (player name)
All hulls in a submarine have set oxygen quality to 100%, also works on other presented submarines.	oxygen
All items and broken interactable parts of the submarine (except of walls) fully reduce their condition.	fixitems
All monsters near your submarine are killed if players don't control them.	killmonsters
All walls are fully repaired.	fixwalls
Causes you to enter submarine editor in the middle of the game. You can see waypoints of autopilot being there and edit them as well as alien ruins stuff. You can also remove gaps in the broken walls of submarine borderlining with exterior area to make submarine not take flood by them.	editsub
Instantly kills all creatures in the map.	killcreatures
Makes the submarine invulnerable.	godmode
Removes bleeding, oxygen deprivation and lost HP from yourself, but not the others.	heal
Spawns husk outside of submarine at the start of the level, but I don't know how exactly this works.	spawn husk
This spawn welding tool at cargo spawnpoints of submarine. If you submarine has more, than one you can do below command.	spawnitem welding tool
This spawns a welding tool at the second cargo spawnpoint of you submarine.	spawnitem welding tool 2
This will cause player to be spawned, but it's buggy. You may need to use heal (player) to fix this.	spawn (player)
This will make you increase water level in hulls, where you hold left mouse button and drop it when holding right mouse button. To disable it type command for second time (you should receive message: WATER EDITING OFF.	editwater
Will spawn husk inside your submarine, where player spawns. If you insert monster spawnpoint somewhere husk will spawn at that specific point.	spawn husk inside

According to ability and judgment	Complete a round as a Medical Doctor.
As good as new	Repair a broken device.
Do what you love	Complete a round as an Assistant.
Don't you die on me!	Heal someone back from a critical state.
Enter the Void	Discover the Great Void.
Ever increasing in speed and power	Complete a round as an Electrical Engineer.
Experienced seafarer	Travel over 100 kilometers
Extravehicular activity	Venture 500 meters away from the sub.
For the Coalition	Defeat the Renegades in a submarine-vs-submarine mission.
Freighter	Complete a cargo mission.
Genocide	Kill 100 humans.
Getting clean	Recover from an opiate addiction.
Gotta go fast	Accelerate a submarine to over 100 km/h.
Here I recognize no superiors	Complete a round as a Captain.
I am become death	Kill something with nuclear explosives.
I am the cure	Cure a husk infection.
I am the law	Complete a round as a Security Officer.
Insurgency	Successfully complete a traitor objective.
Killed a Moloch	Take down a Moloch.
Last man standing	Complete a round alone after everyone else in the crew has perished.
Naval architect	Spend 24 hours in the submarine editor in total.
No fun allowed	Kill a clown.
Not on my watch	Take down a traitor before they manage to complete their objective.
Novice seafarer	Travel over 10 kilometers.
Nuclear blast survivor	Complete a round after a nuclear meltdown.
Poisoner	Kill something with morbusine.
Praise the Honkmother	Obtain a full clown costume.
Smooth sailing	Complete a round without any casualties or damage to the submarine.
Stop the hammertime	Kill a Hammerhead.
The Aphotic Plateau	Discover the Aphotic Plateau
The bigger they are, the harder they fall	Kill an Endworm.
The Cold Caverns	Discover the Cold Caverns.
The Europan Ridge	Discover the Europan Ridge.
The Hydrothermal Wastes	Discover the Hydrothermal Wastes.
The lone sailor	Complete a round alone from start to finish.

Truth in simplicity	Complete a round as a Mechanic.
Viva la Revolution	Defeat the Coalition crew in a submarine-vs-submarine mission.
Whatever works	Kill something with a plasma cutter, welding tool or a wrench.

Xenoarchaeologist	Complete an artifact mission.
Xenocide	Kill 100 creatures.
