First build a tesla coil and 1 tesla trooper. Then have the tesla trooper attack the coil (ctrl+click) It will be a super coil, meaning it has more range and more damage than a normal one. It also never runs out of electricity, even if all your power plants are destroyed. You know if it works when it attacks and there is 2 yellow and 1 blue electric bolt.
