It only works if you have a naval yard. Build 9 hovercraft, then load it with tanks or infantry. Wait 'till your Chronosphere is charged, then move your transports a 3x3 sqare. Now, deploy the Chronoshift at the middle transport, and teleport the transports in the backdoor of the enemy's base.
