To get super jumping or faster running, first enable the developer console in the options. Then, press the ~ key on your keyboard to open up the console. Then enter: sv_cheats 1

Now to get super jump, enter: sv_gravity [number between 1-800] The best number to put for super jump is about 100-150. To run faster, enter: sv_acceleration [number between 100-200 for best results]

I've done this several times, the super jumping always works, and the faster running usually works. Hope that helps. (You can use these on any Steam games)
