When you reach to each hill floor press [Down] but balance it out with [Left] and [Right] to make it over the jump. Once you get to the jump, press [Left]. When airborne and before you land, press [Right] to land flat without losing any pigs. The same trick can be done for jump 2, as long as you can do it perfectly.
