In multiplayer mode, assign yourself to the team that has a desired player. For example, Chelsea for Didier Drogba. Then, put in a bid for the player using a low price. Then, advance to the next manager screen and accept the bid for Drogba. Note: This will not always work, as the player may not agree to the terms.
