For the bonus game on sandy beach, drive to the top of the biggest hill when you're in adventure mode and not racing. There will be a small tornado. Drive into it and you get the taxi service minigame. If you beat it, then you get a power up. After you get that, drive down the hill and there should be a ledge with a gold brick on it.
