When you play the VR Missions as Metal Gear Solid 1 Snake, you will have to fight Genola. To defeat him, simply aim the Stinger Missile Launcher up and look for a lock-on square. Lock on to it and shoot a missile. When it hits, Mech Genola will appear and defeat Genloa.
