Beat the game once to unlock the Costume option on the main menu.

The New Game+ mode will allow you replay the game with all of your upgrades and Skill Points. Beat the game to unlock it and be sure to save your game. After, simply continue from your saved game.

Gleaming Edge	Perform the holy technique "Celestial Judgement".
Hundred Lives	Defeat 100 enemies.
Insight	Perform a Just Guard.
Kaina	Defeat stage 1 boss "Kaina" (any difficulty).
Kaiser	Defeat stage 2 boss "Kaiser" (any difficulty).
Kengo	Clear Normal difficulty.
Kenkaku	Clear Easy difficulty.
Kensei	Clear Hard difficulty.
Kenshi	Watch the tutorial.
Magatsu Hino Tsurugi	Defeat stage 6 boss "Magatsu Hino Tsurugi" (any difficulty).
Magatsu Kaina	Defeat stage 4 boss "Magatsu Kaina" (any difficulty).
Magatsu Suzuka	Defeat stage 5 boss "Magatsu Suzuka" (any difficulty).
Mind's Eye	Perform 10 Just Guards.
Mitsurugi	Clear Very Hard difficulty.
Prepare Yourself	Use Zanshin to defeat 50 enemies.
Provident	Collect 100,000 SP.
Raging Edge	Perform the holy technique "Divine Wind".
Ready for Anything	Complete all upgrades.
Suzuka	Defeat stage 3 boss "Suzuka" (any difficulty).
Ten Lives	Defeat 10 enemies.
Thousand Lives	Defeat 1000 enemies.
Top of Her Class	Clear Inferno difficulty.
Toughness	Max out Life Gauge.
Ultimate Light	Perform 10 Flourishes.
Unmatched	Perform a Counter.
Untouchable	Perform 10 Counters.
Your Life is Mine	Use Zanshin to defeat an enemy.

Beat the game on hard mode once.
