To unlock the alternate skins, from the main menu, go to extras, cheats, and then to unlock skin. At the password prompt, enter the following passwords:

Unlocks everything - V PIRATE
Unlocks 1980's costume - NAILGUN
Unlocks 1990's costume - WOODCHIPPER
Unlocks 2000's costume - CEILINGFAN
