For the Axis, go all the way to the anti-aircraft gun and take a left, going through the door and to the stairs. Once you get to the first stop, you will see crates in a stopped elevator. Jump on the boxes until you get through the elevator. Once there, climb the ladder to the top. You are now in a secret room overlooking your base. Guard that location so that the Allies cannot use it for a sniping position.
