During the ending credits click on any of the text or figures and either Sam or Max will shoot at them.

Attempt to pick up an object that can't be picked up, and try to pick it up multiple times. Each time, Sam will say a different "I can't pick that up" line, until he breaks down and starts crying. Max will yell at you for breaking Sam's "Care-free spirit".
