Here are some amounts for typical car power (in Nm) to spin off tires. So to simplify i took 1000 weight unit car with ratio 50/50 and spun by smart engine rear wheels. When wheels were spinning off i marked Nm amount and its listed above wheel so you know how much power is needed to spin it off. 0 means that amount of power needed is large af. U means its spinning off with any power. Engine used: Smart engine from modpack with 1000speed and power which is showed above wheel. Wheels: all i could find from mods and vanilla all size 5x2 and some 3x2 cuz no other size. NOTE: All wheels were tested at same conditions and some of them are from mods so you can pick up any for your need.
