You must play as a character that can get cybernetics without wrecking them. Because none of the NPCs have this cybernetic, it must done with the main character. About halfway through storyline, the auto-loader arm becomes available. Afterwards, any time your character needs to reload, the arm will do it automatically at no cost in AP. Allow this to happen 10 times.
