In the last room in werehouse, you can go left and get transmitter you need for a quest. To the right you can see single Pickman's Ghoul. If you attack it, suddenly a lot more show up. If you defeat them, next group appears. I couldn't defeat next group so after I died I got this achievement unlocked.
