The following procedure involves editing a game file so it is advised that you create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the 'SSL-D3.SAV' file in the game directory by changing every occurrence of 'd' to an 'e' (without the quotes).

Unlockable	How to unlock
Battlefield	get 15 points/kills in endless mode.
Clock town	play 100 vs mode matches.
Clock town (alternative)	get 30 points/kills in endless mode with two players.
endless mode	unlock all characters.
Kirbys air ride	kill someone in vs mode with Kirby while using swallow and end the match.
Lavender town	win 20 vs mode matches as pikachu.
Mega man	complete arcade mode with the the first 4 characters.
Underground	beat arcade mode with Mario without losing a life.
Vaporeon	It appears in saffron city rarely, after showing up, beat it and end the match.
Wily castle	complete arcade mode for the first time.
