Necropolis Knights (halberds) does NOT count towards this achievement. Only the regular Necropolis Knights. To get this as fast as posible you need one level five and one level four cavalry building. Or one level five cavalry building and one level eleven Necrotect with Guardian Gargantua unlocked.
