To activate the console, you must first add the following as a command line parameter to XCOM 2: -allowconsole Rightclick the XCOM 2 shortcut, select properties and add it at the end of the "Target"-field so that it looks something like this: "C:\Games\XCOM 2\Binaries\Win64\XCom2.exe" -allowconsole. If using Steam, rightclick the game in your Library, select Properties and add it under "Set launch options". Open the console in-game using the ~ button (the usual button for console). Note: For the following commands, replace # with a number.

HealAllSoldiers	Heals all soldiers while in the Avenger. (Does not work during mission)

HeavyPoweredArmor #	x number of W.A.R. suit's.
LevelUpBarracks #	Levels up all soldiers in Avenger Barracks by X levels.
LightPlatedArmor #	x number of Spider suit's.

MakeSoldierAClass "X" Specialist	Makes named soldier named class.
MediumPlatedArmor #	x number of Predator armor.

PowerUp	All units invincible with unlimited ammo.

Togglefow	Makes entire map visible. (You will still need to "discover" enemies)

Can't Stop the Fighting	Perform three offensive actions against the same target with a Skirmisher in a single turn.
Circle of Psi	Raise a Templar to maximum Focus level, spend it all, and reach the max again in a single mission.
Fully Operational Resistance	Raise XCOM's influence with all three factions to High in a single game.
It Takes Two	Form a level 3 bond between two soldiers.
No One Left Behind	Rescue a soldier who was captured by the Chosen.
Weary Warriors	Complete a mission with all Tired soldiers and no casualties.
Zombies in a Barrel	Get 15 Headshots against Lost in a single turn.
