At the main menu, press Right, L1, Up(2), Down, Right, R2, L2, R2, Down, Up, Down. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of an explosion. Select any ship, begin the game, then quit. Now all four ships will be powered-up and Sector 5 will be available for game play.
