Slow CPU Bikes...
	Unlock Everything...

At the main menu press Down, Up, Up, Right, Triangle, Square, R2. The screen will flash and CPU bikes will now have lower top speed.

Press Square, Triangle, Circle, Circle, Up at the main menu.
