Make sure Lara is facing EXACTLY North on the compass
Go into INVENTORY
The needle on Compass should be transparent - if not, you are NOT facing exactly North.
Select the Small Medi-Pack
Hold L1, L2, R1, R2 and Down, then press Triangle
You should have everything Unlimited now
