If the Iraquis are in a clustered group(and if not pick off the men on the sides so that they will group together)then throw smoke grenade(s) into the group followed by a few phousphurus grenades and then finished with random fire into the smoke. When the smoke disapears, order your men to lay down a heavy supresive fire on the survivors.
