There are many upstanding female citizens around Liberty City, particularly the Red Light District, that will gladly hop in your car for a ride. Take them to a secluded area, like a park, or your warehouse hideout, and they will replenish your health, up to a maximum of 125! Every few seconds of "healing" will cost you money, but you can retrieve this afterwards by just killing them and taking pack your money.
