To make your car fly for a few seconds enter the perfect traction cheat: (L1, UP, LEFT, R1, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, DOWN, X)

Then when in a car press L3 (the left analogue stick) and you will be flying for a few seconds

This cheat does not work with motorbike's!!!
