Hydraulics
Hold the Accelerate (X) and Reverse (Square) buttons on a Motorcycle Until you get a smoke screen, Your motorcycle will have hydraulics for that time period (by pressing Up and down)

Better Brakes and handling
If you do the smoke screen for a minute trying not to move the bike side to side you will have better Handling and better Breaks.
