Once Eva joins you after the motorcycle scene there are a few things you can do. If you picked up a camera earlier, pull it out and stare at her through it and in different areas you will receive different responses. Go prone and crawl at her, she'll get embarrassed then stand up and walk off slightly. In the cure menu, move her around with the left joystick and she'll bounce.
