First go near Doc Ock then when Spider-Man's head flashes press Circle to dodge.Then,immeadiatly press Triangle to web Doc Ocks tentacles to the ground.note:in the bank you have to jump towards Doc Ock dodge (Circle) the hit Triangle right away.
