Select Boxer's Road mode and win the division championship to unlock new accessories in the Decors screen.
Bonus Act
Successfully complete the first four Acts in arcade mode. Then, create a character in Boxer's Road mode and win his division's championship. Act 5 will now be unlocked in arcade mode.
