Bonus box selection
Pause game play when the bonus boxes are being collected at the end of level 1. Press Up, Down, Square to change the type of bonus box. Repeat the code to cycle through all the available bonus boxes.

Press L1, L2, R1, R2, X, Circle, Start at the main menu.
