To get 100 Heavy,Light,& Block skill, get a lot of health potions and go to any city(you may go to a town but it works best in a city) equip heavy or light armor and a shield attack a guard, resist arrest and either let them hit you or keep blocking there hits.Remember to heal yourself often when you run out of potions, you may either surrender or equip a healing spell and heal yourself. You may do this as many times as you wish.
